Auto create word letter from access report or query.

I have a report that has graphics that needs to be accurately opened in word. Exporting the report to .rtf does not accurately export the report. This needs to be a one button operation that can be activated from withen access. The report is actually a set of form letters. How could I set up a mail merge to run automatically with a specific subset of table data?
