Command button Enabled by a condition (Form RecordCount))

in my attachment , before add new record to (OrdersSubFrm) for this customer that is in (MainFrm) , i want the button (DeltBtn) is not enabled , Another way if i have delete all records of (OrdersSubFrm) , for this customer that is in (MainFrm).
