New database Query or Form

I have been tasked with creating a new database that contains a list of well sites. I have the data and have imported it into a database. It contains a list of over 35,000 wells. What I am needing to do is create either a table or a query that will allow me to input a list of well names and will give me the list with 2 of the other data fields in the form or query not sure where to go from here. I have a query that pulls the 3 columns of data I need but it pulls it for every entry in the database.



To be a little more specific the database has the well name, lat, and long as 3 of the columns and I need to be able to parse the data based on user input with a list of well names.
