I am using the Access Template Contacts Web Database. Everything works fine until I go to view the datasheet. Only a very small number of the notes/comments appear in the notes column and none have a time or date stamp as they do on the Main contact page. All the other columns appear to populate completely just not the notes/comments section. Can you tell me how to fix this problem? I ultimately want to export the database to Excel but need the notes/comments included and hopefully with the time/date stamp they receive in the Main section. If you could help me I would be grateful.
