Question Access database may be corrupt, what to do next?

Cannot open database". It may not be a database that your application recognizes, or the file may be corrupt get the below message in access 2010 all the time and do not know what causes it. I can run a Create Table Query several times(replacing the previous table of the same name) without issue then all of the sudden i get the message. and the only way i can get around it is to copy everything into a new database and start over.



Any ideas?
