My name is Michelle and I'm am somewhat new to Access. I've only worked with it when taking BCIS in high school and college. It's the only MSO program I don't know [virtually] inside and out. My church asked me to "modernize" their records (meaning take their Alpha 4 records and recreate them in Access). So I'm doing the best I can. I have a teacher who's helping me, but sometimes I feel that she's not up to speed on Access 2013 (the version I'm using). I'm glad my church asked me to do this project. 1) I love helping out my church, 2) I finally have a real reason to learn Access. If I learn it just to learn it, then I won't get much more than what's taught in BCIS (because I won't know the need for more).
I'm currently going to school for my A.S.S (hate the abbreviation, but I can't remember what each letter stands for) in Game Design & Development. I want to be able to do both parts. I am creative and love the designing, but I also love the development and scripting. To me it's like a giant puzzle.
I am currently working on two games. One in Game Maker Studio which is a hobby/present game. I'm making it for my brother who is a cop (it's cop-themed). The other is in Unity and is for my semester project for one of my classes (focusing on Unity development).
That's the basics of me.
