Noob here. I am attempting to create a database that tracks my book collection. I am importing the data from another program. One of the fields is a subject field which used multiple selections. When I import it into Access, the data appears as one single line of text. The data is however separated by commas. However, I am having the hardest time trying to figure out how to maintain that data structure. Attached are some screenshots. Image 1 is how the data ended up in access. Image 2 is the desired outcome. Is there a quick way to overcome this problem?
