Wish you are well. I am new on access. I want to make a register.
where I need a report as attached: 01
I want get a summation of
1. Amount field
2. Charge Field
3. HV filed
I am using following functions where I got only Amount and Charge summation, but did not get any thing for HV field, when I open report its ask me for Parameter of Charge (Picture included)
For Amount : =Sum([Amount])
For Charge: =Sum([IIf([Govt]=Yes,0,IIf([Amount]<50000,0,IIf([Status]="Honor" And ([Amount]>50000 And [Amount]<500000),10,IIf([Status]="Honor" And [Amount]>499999,25)))))
For FV: =Sum([=IIf([Status]="Honor",([Amount]-[Charge]),0))
Please help me.
