current date field form form to field

hello everyone :)

I have a question ..

I have a form , has some fields, one of them is the current date,

so when the user click (save )button , which make (add new record )to the only table I have ,

the problem that .all fields are insertrd in the table , except the current date !! it is a text box ( Now() )!!
