I am new to this forum. I am presently designing a database for grant in access. i have identify the tables- client enrollment, business orientation, grant, cooperative group enrollment, follow ups and case closure.
My problem is normalizing these tables.

What was the purpose for taking the loan/

Now i will explain the scenario- Beneficiaries are enrolled, then given business orientation, before giving them the grant, they are form cooperative savings groups in their various communities- making small contributions, after which a grant is finally given to them.
After receiving the grant, followup are been conduction on a weekly and monthly basis. Within the same cooperative groups loans are also given out to the membership, hence a savings group follow up is also done. The essence of the entire exercise is to empower caregivers- women.
There I will like anyone in our forum to help me normalize these tables.
