need help how to set up a house managing program in access

Hi everyone,

I have made a access program for house managing.

What i don't know how to do is set up automatically monthly records that needs to be paid based on the contract and monthly price.

i have a table where i enter the apartment, the contract dates, and the monthly price.

I need some way the access should automatically create a record for each month that is in the contract dates and with the monthly price that the tenant have to pay.

Any suggestions are highly welcome
