Opening second form from form one

I use

DoCmd.OpenForm "MascheraAnagrafica"



for open a second form from the first one "mascheraPrincipale".

It is working but the record is still the first one.

Not aligned . Example if I open the third record in the " MascheraPrincipale " opening with the command "mascheraAnagrafica" this shows me the record 1



Can someone help? I don't know the code
