Working with Access Forms Outside Ms Access

Hello every one,



I guess my original post was not posted due to internet connection failure, anyway still sending my idea, and hoping an answer to my curiosity.



Is it possible to work with ms access forms, but outside the ms access environment? Or even inside Ms Access is it possible to block/hide all the ribbons of access?
