you cannot add or change a record because a related record is in table

I have created three tables, all of them are connected by one-to-one relationship by same field, as you can see in the screenshot. and at the same time I have created three forms for each table. then I brought two forms in one remaining form. so whenever I entered data in first form and click on the next tab in which another form exist, it gives me this error:

"you cannot add or change a record because a related record is in table "



your help will be highly appreciated
